Ein Fernsehbild setzt sich aus den Primärfarben rot, grün,blau zusammen, die durch einen Elektronenstrahl aktiviert werden und durch eine Lochmaske voneinander getrennt als Ganzes Bilder erzeugen können. Vergrößert man die Lochmaskenstruktur und interpretiert die farbigen Strahlen als räumliche Gebilde, so ergibt sich ein räumliches Modell, das das Versprechen eines Fernsehbildes als Lebenswelt erfahrbar machen kann.

A picture on a TV monitor is composed of the colours red, green and blue. They get activated by an electronic beam and are separated through a pinholematrix. If one is enlarging the matrix and is interpreting the colored single dots as three-dimensional objects they will result in spaces that are keeping the promise of a TV picture: a model for a social enviroment.
